Our pharmacists are essential members of the multidisciplinary transplant team. They lead evidence-based pharmacotherapy that ensures patient safety, optimizes graft survival, and advances research, education, and service excellence across all transplant programs.

We lead clinical, molecular, and pharmacogenomic research to improve medication safety and transplant outcomes. Collaborative research across KFSH&RC centres ensures continuous advancement of clinical practice standards.

Our pharmacists provide 24/7 medication support, including inpatient rounding, ambulatory follow-up, and urgent consultations, ensuring seamless care for transplant patients across all settings.

We provide specialized ambulatory care across three dedicated pharmacotherapy clinics: liver, kidney, and lung. Each clinic delivers comprehensive medication management, therapeutic drug monitoring, and patient education. Through digital health tools and multidisciplinary collaboration, we ensure safety, adherence, and optimal graft outcomes.
