With over 30 years of leadership, our epilepsy programme is the largest and most established service in the region. We specialize in refractory and complex epilepsy, utilising advanced neuroimaging, intracranial monitoring, and neuropsychological assessment to localize seizure onset zones with sub-millimeter precision.

We perform specialized assessments to clarify seizure type and origin, reduce diagnostic uncertainty, and build a clear treatment roadmap, especially for patients who do not respond to standard medications.

For selected patients, epilepsy surgery and targeted procedures can significantly reduce or stop seizures. Our multidisciplinary team carefully evaluates each case to maximise benefit while prioritising safety and long-term outcomes.

Our program integrates advanced monitoring, imaging, and multidisciplinary decision-making to plan the best intervention. We focus on selecting the right approach for each patient, balancing seizure control with preservation of speech, memory, and daily function.
